About:China Transit Visa

Do my Indian relative needs transit visa is China?

My relative (with Indian Passport and valid US visa) is travelling from LAX to CCU via NKG and KMG. There is a 23h 40m layover in NKG. and then again 2 hrs lay over in KMG. it is barely over the total 24 hrs layover. Please let me know.

SG, if so, your relative needs to apply for a transit G type for that.
