Transportation from Baoding station to Mancheng Longju Waterfall??

My friends n I would like to take winter trip to China. When we read about frozen Mancheng Longju Waterfall, we are stunning and wish to make itinerary change. is there public transportation from BD station to waterfall? How about the temperature? We come from Indonesia with tropical climate all year round.

There is no direct bus from BD Railway Station to the waterfall. You may take bus no. 609 from the train station to Mancheng Jiaojingdadui, then walk eastwards for a few yards to Mancheng Bus Station. There you can take a coach to Liujiatai, then transfer to bus to Yuhuangtuo. The waterfall is inside this scenic area.
If you go there in winter (November ~ February), the lowest temperature can reach 24F. It is necessary to bring down jackets, thick sweaters, and boots.
