About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Travelling from SIN to Guiyang (KWE) via Guangzhou Baiyun Airport via 2 different airlines.

I have 1 hr 20 mins in CAN where I need to change plane for Guiyang.

Please help me to understand the process which i need to go through before reaching to next plane for Guiyang like Do I need to do custom clearance & luggage inspection again?

It is an international to domestic transfer at CAN. The airport just has one terminal building nowadays.
The correct procedures are Inspection & Quarantine - Frontier Inspection - Baggage Claim - Customs Inspection - Transfer Procedure - Security Check - Waiting & Boarding.
In addition, I'm afraid that your transfer time is not enough. You need to have at least 2 hours to make this transfer. Thus you are advised to change the schedule of your next flight if possible.
