Ticket-office in Shanghai Hongqiao

where do I find the bullet-train-ticket-counter at Shanghai Hongqiao_Station?
What is it's number?

There are many ticket counters on different floors. You can follow the English signs to the ticket office. By the way, the automatic ticket machine only work for ID card holders, so do not waste your time there.
