About:China Visa Exemption

One day transit in Xiamen

Hello!

We are booked on a flight to Denpsar, Bali wit my family. Our kids have Swedish citizenships but my wife have Indonesian citizenships. We landing early morning and leaving late in the evening and i wonder about the rules for my wife, can she enter the city of Xiamen or does she have to apply for a day visa??

You and your children are covered by the 72-hour transit program while your wife isn't. She may still apply for an entry permit at the border but it's at the discretion of the immigration officer.
