How can I get from HK to Tianjing Garden, Shipai Town, Dongguan?
And what is cost?

You can take a train from HK Hung Hom Railway Station to DG Changping Railway Station. Then take bus no. 807 from Changping Station to Shipai Gongyuan and walk southwards for a few yards to Tianjing Garden.
The whole trip might costs CNY145+5.0
