We will arrive at Huangshan North Station at 2.30 pm and would like to head straight to mountain.

Is there any direct buses from the North Railway Station to the mountain?

Yes. There are direct buses from the North Railway Station to the Yellow Mountain. You can find the bus easily at the front square when you get out of the station. The bus departs every an hour from 09:00 to 19:00. The journey takes about 50 minutes and costs CNY20.
