About:China Visa Exemption

Could I go outside airport without apply visa in advanced?

I am Indonesian and planning to use China Southern Airlines from Osaka to Bangkok via Guangzhou for transit 11 hours.

Yes, you can. If you want to go out of the airport, you only need to apply for a temporary stay permit upon arrival.
