About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Canadian and American couple living in Bangkok; going to Shanghai to embark on 5 day cruise

Just to clarify; if we fly to from Bangkok to Shanghai for 5 day cruise (and fly out of Shanghai), we are eligible for 144 hour VISA?

Wayne, where will the cruise go from Shanghai? If it leaves Shanghai for a third country and then returns to Shanghai, you may use the 144hrs free transit.
