About:China Visa on Arrival

I'm an Indonesian with a single entry visa currently in Guangzhou.

My flight is to-and-from guangzhou. I want to visit Macau for a day, but then return to Guangzhou for my flight. As I'm using a single entry that's already used up during my entry to China, is there a way for me to return from Macau to Guangzhou for my flight?

If you ho go from Macau to Guangzhou and then take the return flight and leave within 24 hours, you may not need entry permit this time.
