Visa appliance not in time

Hello,

Can I ask you a question?
I don't get to apply for a Tourist Visa (L) at the time of my travel.
I depart from Chile (Chile is my residence since 2014 but I have Argentine passport for is where I born) to Tokyo on Wednesday early morning and then I have the next schedule:
Mon 03 Apr Tokyo, International Haneda(HND) -> Beijing, Capital International(PEK) - Terminal 2
Wed 05 Apr Beijing South -> Huangshan North
Fri 07 Apr Huangshan North -> Beijing South
Fri 07 Apr Beijing, Capital International(PEK) - Terminal 1 -> Xi An, Xianyang International(XIY) - Terminal 2
Sat 08 Apr Xi An, Xianyang International(XIY) - Terminal 3 -> Tokyo, Narita International Airport(NRT) - Terminal 2

You think it is possible without apply to a Visa first?
There is any other way to get visa once there?
