About:Chinese Embassy in Turkey

I am somali student live in Istanbul i have admission from Chinese university

i have Somali passport can i apply visa please.

Yes, if you have residence permit in Turkey, it's possible to apply from there.

I applied and they told me that my passport is not in their computer system so i didn't get visa yet
