Transport from Hangzhou airport to Jinyuan hotel

What is the best/cheapest way to get from the airport to our hotel No.46 Zhongshan North Road, Xiacheng District? We arrive 10 pm early April. There are 4 of us. Thank you.

You can take the airport shuttle bus Pinghai Line and get off at Pinghai Road Station. Then walk 760 yards (690 meters) to the north to find your hotel. The bus runs till the last flight arrival. The ticket fare is CNY20/person.
