a lebanese passport holder residing in the philippines obtaining hongkong visa

I am a travel and tour agent, and have this Lebanese client residing here in the Philippines who wanted to go to Hongkong with his Filipino wife and kids.  How can he obtain Hongkong visa and for how long it takes to process?

Alma, first, prepare the relevant documents: copy of passport, a filled-out application form, a passport-sized color photo, bank statement, flight itinerary, hotel reservation, and his travel plan. Next, submit the application to China embassy to apply for HK tourist visa. If the embassy processes the application, 4 working days are needed; but if the application is transferred to HK immigration department, 4 to 6 weeks may be needed.
