Re: Marital Status question on Visa application form - 'de facto'

In the 'Other (Please specify) option, Does answering 'de facto' cause any problems or delay in processing the application? Obviously spouse would be de facto husband/wife? Don't want to get this wrong and have the application rejected!
Thanks Wendy

Wendy, if you are not married, you can simply check "Single". De Facto marriage is usually applicable to those who live together and have children but not married.
