About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

If I go to china by L visa can I change it in china or have a residence permit with this L type?

Dorma, you cannot get a residence permit direcly with this L type, but it's possible to change it to other types. If you can change it to an X1 or Z type, you can get a temporary residence permit.
