About:China Work Visa

possibility to be employed

Hi, want to know whether it's possible for me to be employed legally or not. the employer's company isn't accredited to employ foreigners. as i am now in China using L visa, he told me that it would be easy to deal with the documents or requirements of working visa.. is it trully so?

If the employer's company is not accredited to employ foreigners, it's hard for you to get the work visa. I think the employer may ask another company to give you this paper.

Hi Betty, thank you for the answer. well, if he did that, than i would rather to opt out from the country. I don't think that way could be also legal. Sounds like tricking the government and their regulations, which is probably worse.
