How to get from HKIA to Sing Yuet Hostel and what bus number to ride?

And how to go to Disneyland from Sing Yuet Hotel and vice versa as well as going to ocean park?
What nearby attractions from our hotel that we can explore on our first day? Thanks!

1. From HKIA to the hotel: Take bus no.A21 from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) to Bank Centre, Nathan Road. It takes around 50 mins. The ticket fare is 33 HKD per person. Then walk southeast around 150 yards to find the hotel.
2. From hotel to Disneyland: Take Tsuen Wan Line from Mong Kok Station to Lai King Station and Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station. Then transfer to Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland Resort Station, Exit A. Afterwards, walk south around 150 yards to find the theme park. The whole way takes around 40 mins with the ticket fare of 20.3 HKD per person. The return way is the same.
3. From hotel to Ocean Park: Take bus no.171 from Bank Centre, Nathan Road to Aberdeen Tunnel Toll Plaza. It takes around 35 mins with the ticket fare of 11.1 HKD per person. Then walk southwest around 300 yards. The return way is the same.
4. For the first day, you can visit Victoria Harbour (Victoria Bay), A Symphony of Lights, Kowloon Park, Cultural Center and Tsim Sha Tsui.
Have a nice journey!
