May I ask on how and where to renew a chinese passport in Philippines?

What are the requirements?
Processing time?
Does it need an appointment in Chinese embassy?
Does in need personal appearance?
Where can I download the application forms?

You need to provide the application form, 2 passport-style photos, your passport and copy of its data page, and your residence permit in Philippines.
It usually takes 15 working days to get the result.
You need to make an appointment for that.
You need to go there in person for the renewal.
You can download the application form from the official website of China embassy.

How can you make an appointment for passport renewal? I try to brows the china embassy ph website but I can't make an appointment. Does it need to go there to schedule an appointment?
