Escalators/elevators to and from high speed trains from northern China

I can't remember seeing any elevators or escalators going to and from the platform serving the high speed rides to and from northern China. Are there any? Is red cap service available on the platform as well as the entrance?

There are always escalators/elevators or stairs connecting waiting room and platform. A red cap can be found in waiting room but seems hardly see on platform. Not sure if I get you right.
