About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

If my US citizen husband will work in china. can I go with him at the same time?

I'm just a little bit confused. I want to know if there's any way that I can go with my husband together if he wants to work in China, given than he already have an employer.

Yes, you can go with him at the same time. When your husband's employer applies him for the work permit or Foreign Expert Certificate, he should tell the employer to add your information on the work permit or FEC. Then you can apply for the S1 type while your husband is applying for the Z type.

Since he will be teaching there and he doesn't have any degree the employer told him that they can only give him a business M type. What type is suitable for me?

Well, if so, you can only apply for the tourist L type.
