About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can we visit Hong Kong during the visa-free time?

We will spend 5 days in Guangzhou, and we want to go to Hong Kong for a day or 2 as it is so close by train. As we are within our 144 hours, will this be OK without issues?

Jake, when you enjoy the 144 hour free transit in Guangzhou, you are only allowed to travel within Guangdong Province. You cannot visit HK.
