About:China Work Visa

Does the SEFEA working permit and the invitation letter has an expiration date?

I would like to know if I can keep the working permit license and the invitation letter I got from my school to apply Z type for about 5 month. I'm now in china and can get time to apply the new visa in August but the working and the invitation letter for the Z type application is ready. I'm wondering if I can keep it for about 5 months.

Usually, the invitation letter of a duly authorized is valid for 3 months only, so you’d better make the application within 3 months after you get the documents.
