Visa for Indonesian maid from Malaysia travel to Beijing

Can an Indonesian maid from Malaysia travel alone to Beijing to join her employer already at Beijing for a 2 months stay? What is required for the aplication?

Janet, yes, she can travel alone to Beijing, but I cannot assure if she can get a 2-month tourist L type. She needs to provide passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and accommodation arrangement.
