What is the best way to get from Qingdao Airport to the Yunnan Rd area at 24:00?

My flight lands at TAO at 23:40 and it seems the 702 shuttle stops running at 22:40. Would it be cheaper to take the 701 then take a taxi from the Huiquan Dynasty Hotel? (And will there by taxis available that late at night?) Or cheaper to just take a taxi from the airport directly?

Upon landing, you are advised to take bus no.701 from the airport to HNA Wanbang Center first. The operating hours of this bus line will until the last flight arrival. The ticket fare is CNY 20 per person. After arriving, take a taxi to get to your hotel directly. The cab fare is around CNY 15 at night.
Or you can also take a taxi from the airport to the hotel directly. The cab fare is around CNY 90-100.
