About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I'm a guy of 21 years, and I wanna start a private business purposely on cell phones

so like I wanna apply for a Chinese visa and see if I could meet one of the cell phone manufacturers!
please is that possible

It's possible. You can try to apply for a tourist L type for China to do that.
