British Overseas passport with Hong Kong ID card

Hi,

My wife holds a British Overseas passport and she also holds the China Visa for Hong Kong citizens (she holds a Hong Kong ID as well). She lives in Shanghai, can I apply for a family visa and what is the process?

If she has residence permit in Shanghai, you can apply for spouse reunion S type for China. First, prepare your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your wife and copies of her passport and residence permit, as well as your marriage certificate. Next, go to the CVASC to submit the application.
