About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

London-Shanghai-Hong Kong-Shanghai-London

We are flying from London to Shanghai (4 days) and then to Hong Kong (5 days) and then back to London via Shanghai (<24h in Shanghai). Will we quality for the 144h visa free transit?
