About:Chinese Embassy in Kenya

Hi i have a friend who went to China as a tourist and his visa expired wanted to renew but was late.

Can he send his visa to be renewed here in Kenya or what can he do ?

No, he cannot send his visa to be renewed in Kenya. He is now overstaying in China. The only solution for him is to exit from China as soon as possible and he may need to pay some fines for the overstaying.
