Hello! What would be the best way to get from FL to 816 Underground Nuclear Engineering facility? Does anyone know what time/days the facility is open for visit? Thank you!

You can go to the transport hub at Luojia Huayuan, take bus 208A or 208C there and it will take you directly to the base. I remember it is opened during 9:00~16:30 in weekdays and 9:00~17:00 on weekends.
