Hello, please advise on the required documents and procedures to follow when I want to apply for Chinese toursit L type, knowing that my passport is Yemen and I'm a legal resident of Saudi Arabia.

You need to prepare your passport, passport copy, the original copy and photocopy of your residence permit in Saudi Arabia, a fully filled-out application form attached with your recent photo, round-trip tickets, hotel reservations and an invitation letter from China tourism bureau. The invitation letter should be obtained via a travel agency. After all documents are ready, you should go to one of the three offices designated by the embassy to submit the application.
