what is the weather condition like the first two weeks of may in shangri-la?

What kind of clothing to bring?My travel plan includes visits to Kunming, Dali, Lichiang and Shangri-la .  From Kunming to Dali by road.  Is the road winding ? If I do not go for hikes to the mountains and just remain in the cities, is there any problem with altitude in these places?

1. According to the previous records, the temperature may range from 30 F to 60 F in the early May. There may have several cloudy days. The climate would be cool and comfortable. You are suggested to prepare jackets, overcoats, thin sweaters, pants, long-sleeved shirts and shoes. 2. The road condition between Kunming and Dali are good. 3.
