If I make the trip in this order do I qualify?

I'm traveling from Dubai and want to see mutiple cities. Can I go from Dubai-Beijing-Hong Kong-Shanghai-Dubai? I would like to spend 72 hrs in Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
