which offers Macau visa? my wife is the Vietnamese passport holder who stays at Xiangtan Hunan at present. is there any other office which offers Macau visa closer to Xiangtan than Beijing?

can the macau visa application be sent in the post to Beijing office or it has to be applied in person? just curious that how come all these Chinese visa related being answered by the non Chinese? shoudnt the Chinese know their own country better or is it because there is noone speaks English in China? I have been teaching ESL in China for 15 years and yet still have not seen a single Chinese can speak this language yet. With all due respect this must have been chairman Mao' s fault

No, it cannot be sent to Beijing office. The applicant should submit in person, or find someone else to do it.
