documents for getting married in china

Hi good evening..i am a filipina ..i just wanna ask if i get married with my chinese boyfriend in china what documents i need to bring there?and is it automatically change my family name to his family name after we got married?i'll appreciate ur reply..thank u

You need to provide your passport, a single status certificate and valid visa for China. As for name change issues, you can make the decision on your own. It won’t be changed automatically.
