i am a bangladeshi have employment at yantian district in shenzhen (china).

Question

Very near to Satouziao port. I have Z type for one year + Alien Employment permit + Residence permit. So far i know there can visit HK two time per month for the people who stay in Yantian District (Shenzhen). How can I apply for these visa?

You can apply for a HK tourist visa, but I cannot assure if you can get multiple entries. You should first prepare copy of your passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, proof of your financial support, transportation and accommodation arrangement, travel plan, and your residence permit in China.
