You can take a night train from Beijing Railway Station to Xinzhou at 22:23 and you will arrive at Xinzhou at 7:00 the next morning. Upon arrival, take a taxi to Xinzhou Ke Yun Zhong Xin (Xinzhou Passenger Transportation Center) in around 15min to catch a direct bus to the mountain. The bus leaves for Mt. Wutai at 9:00. Don't miss it.
