I am Moroccan living in UAE,do i require visa prior to arrival to Macau or it can issued on arrival?

I booked flights to Hong kong and during my 7 days stay i m wishing to visit Macau for 2 days ? can visa be issued on arrival ? if so how much the cost ? thank you
