About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Singapore-HK-Shanghai-HK-Singapore

Hi
I have the following itinerary...
Singapore-HK-Shanghai-HK-Singapore
less than 72 hours in Shanghai.
New Zealand PP
Can I use the 72hr transit option?

No, because your route is HKG-SHA-HKG and therefore you're not in transit at Shanghai. You need a visa in advance (or else change your itinerary).
