Hi, I was born on January 18, 1977 (snake), my husband was born in November 25, 1969.

We have 4 kids and have lately had financial problems. I would like to know if this year is good for us to start a business and for me to change career. We have been trying to buy a house for 3 years. Will this year be good to buy house, since our children are getting cramped in a small apartment. Thank you.
