Rest area at Guangzhou Airport

Are there rest areas and showers available for international economy passengers in transit ?

Passengers can take some rest at Public Rest Area inside the terminal building. However, I'm afraid that there is no shower facilities at CAN. Instead of that, you can find a hotel nearby the airport and take a bath.
