About:Harbin Ice Festival

I plan to go to Harbin March 11-13th 2017. Can we see snow during that date?

The forecast shows that the possibility of snow days would be low. The temperature will rise during these days. There will mainly have sunny days. But as I know, you can still see snow cover when you arriving there. Have fun!
