What's shipping cost for maximum package I can send from Shanghai to Johannesburg, South Africa?

I went to enquire at China Post Office but I'm still confused.

Langa, each parcel should not exceed 20kg and you can send it via air mail or surface mail, the cost is CNY2,450 and CNY450 respectively.
