About:Chuxiong Travel

Hi, we would like to tour Xinjiang : Urumqi, Khasgar, start and end point is Xi'an, about 30 days.

Pls recommend the mode of transport (economic) and place to stay. TQVM

The fastest train from Xian to Urumqi takes over 23 hours and even the train from Urumqi to Khasgar takes 17 to 23 hours. Such long time train journey could be very boring and the train condition is not good. So I think flight is a better choice.
