Suggestion

On day 1 we would like to visit Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven (maybe first thing in the morning if you believe it is better) and Jingshan Park if you think this could work out.

Hi, if you want to see the local people's morning exercise, you should visit the Temple of Heaven Park in the early morning. If you are not interested in this, I suggest you go to Tiananmen and Forbidden City first to avoid the crowds in the afternoon.
