About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Hi, I would like to visit China and travel for about 3-4 months.

Does a Tourist L type with double entry help me then? Or would I have to leave the country every month for a visa run?

Usually, the duration of stay of a tourist L type is 30 days, so I’m afraid a double-entry tourist L type cannot cover your 3-4 months visit in China. You can apply for a multiple-entry one and then leave China every month and then re-enter. Of course, you can probably get duration of stay for 60 days; it is worth a try.
