About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can i ask for 72 hrs visa at yaoqiang airport, Shaoyang provine, China.

I'm flight from Singapore to China then to Viet Nam.

Quyen, the 72 hour free transit is not carried out at Yaoqiang airport.
