Can I rent private car from airport to Stone Forest and Jiuxiang within the same day?

Actually I will not stay long in 1 place, just plan to go and see how.
My flight from Shangrila will arrive Kunming around 11 am.

As you arrive in Kunming at 11 am, it is impossible to travel to the stone Forest and Jiuxiang in the same day, even if you rent a private car.
