You can get the free fastpass ticket at participating Guest Services locations.As I know, the fastpass attractions include: TRON Lightcycle Power Run, Buzz Lightyear Planet Rescue, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan’s Flight, Roaring Rapids, Soaring Over the Horizon. In addition, the fastpass ticket is only available to people with valid park admission tickets. Hope helpful!

The fastpass ticket is free of charge. This kind of ticket is only available for several entertainments inside the theme park. That means you can get the free fastpass at the Guest Services Centers of those available entertainments. In addition, you don't need to have the fastpass to take photo with any character.
