and I want my young sister to come and visit me from Zimbabwe but attached as a sibling on my student X type. What are the required documents that I have to send to my sister for her to process the visa.

Shamz, your sister can apply for an S2 type for China to visit you. She needs to provide those documents including your passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form affixed with a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from you and copies of your passport and residence permit, and your relationship certificate.
